  • How much are the dues and what is the dues schedule?

    New residents are required to pay an initial one-time fee of $350.00.


    Property owners incur charges of $275.00 per quarter, amounting to an annual total of $1,100.00.


    Unimproved lot owners face charges of $58.50 per quarter, resulting in an annual total of $234.00.


    Current property and/or lot owners receive bills in the second month of each quarter. Bills are sent via both mail and email.

  • 
How and where can I pay my dues?

    You have the option to pay your dues using a credit card or ACH check by accessing your portal account. Simply log in and select "Pay dues online" on this website. Your account can be configured to auto-draft payments quarterly or annually from a credit card or ACH check. If you prefer to make a payment by sending a physical check, you can mail it to TCPOA at 417 Country Lane, Frankfort, KY 40601, ensuring that you specify the relevant property and/or lot for which the payment is intended.

  • How do I obtain an Electronic Windshield Sticker (EWS)?

    To inquire about approval for an EWS, please contact Tommy Smith at 502-695-3111 during the following hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 2:00 pm.

  • How can I contact Two Creeks Security?

    You can reach Two Creeks Security at  502-695-3111.

  • Who has access to the back gate?

    Access to the back gate is exclusively granted to individuals with an Electronic Windshield Sticker (EWS). Guards will redirect all others to enter Two Creeks through the Country Lane entrance (400 Country Lane).

  • What do I do if I am expecting company or outside services at my home?

    If you are anticipating visitors, deliveries, or service personnel at your residence, please get in touch with Two Creeks Security at 502-695-3111. It is essential to notify the guard before their arrival; otherwise, visitors may need to park at the gate until approval is granted. For regular guests, kindly contact Tommy Smith to include them in your guest list. Ensure that you review and update your guest list annually.

  • When is trash and recyclables picked up?


    Trash and recyclables are collected early Monday mornings.  Please ensure that your receptacles are placed at the end of your driveway on Sunday evening, after 6:00 p.m. and stored out of sight on  Monday, day of pick up by 8:00 p.m.


    Accepted recyclable items include aluminum, tin cans and jars, plastic bottles and jugs with screw-on tops, and dry corrugated cardboard. Please note that newspaper, magazines, and yard waste should not be included in the recycling. For any inquiries, you can contact Central KY Hauling at 859-225-2521.

 

  • What is the speed limit?

    The speed limit within Two Creeks is 25 mph. 

  • What is the policy on RVs, Campers, Boats, or Trailers?

    The TCPOA board allows an overnight stay for boats, campers, or motorhomes with prior approval from the Board. Owners of boat, camper, and motor vehicles must provide their name, address, and vehicle details to the board at frankforttcpoa@gmail.com to be included in the permitted list.


    The board will maintain and share this list with the security company/guards to allow unlimited short-term access. Permitted vehicles will have access strictly on a short-term basis, typically 1 to 2 days. Security guards will be instructed to deny access to any resident not on the permitted list. For further inquiries, please email frankforttcpoa@gmail.com. Penalty: If a member gains access with an unapproved boat, camper, or motorhome, a first notice will be sent to the homeowner. In case of a second occurrence, the homeowner will be fined $100 per day for each day the restricted vehicle is on-site

  • How do I update my contact information?

    To update your contact information, sign in to your portal account on this website. Once logged in, navigate to the Account Profile tab and find the Contact Information block. There, you can easily update details such as email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses. For any other changes, please send an email to frankforttcpoa@gmail.com.

  • What is the policy and restrictions on fences?

    Restriction: Per the March 1995 Revised Declaration of Restrictions affecting Two Creeks Subdivision, paragraph 6: Fences on individual lots (with the exception of fences enclosing tennis courts) shall be a minimum height of six (6) feet and a maximum height of eight (8) feet.  No fence shall extend toward the front yard or street-side property line of the residence except as approved by the grantor in writing. Only closed picket, solid or brick privacy fences will be permitted. There shall be no chain link or wire fencing permitted on any lot. The exterior side of all fences shall be finished. If the natural finish is to be altered by paint, stain, or other finishing technique, it must be approved by the grantor in writing.  All fencing plans must be submitted for approval by the grantor in advance of construction. All plans must include a plot plan depicting the location and a diagram and/or picture describing the fence and fencing material.


    Policy: The TCPOA Board will approve four (4) foot black metal fencing in aluminum or wrought iron, consistent with previous approvals for swimming pools and rear yards. Fencing enclosures for garbage cans, air conditioning units, etc., require board approval regarding height and material. For any questions, please email frankforttcpoa@gmail.com.

  • When do the TCPOA Board of Directors Meet?

    TCPOA board meetings are scheduled monthly at different locations. If you would like to obtain information about the date, time, and location of the meeting for a specific month, please contact us at frankforttcpoa@gmail.com.

  • Golf Carts

    Golf carts are to be operated by licensed drivers or individuals who are 16 years of age and accompanied by a licensed driver. Property owners will receive notifications of violations by mail.

  • How Do I Become a Member of Frankfort Country Club?

    You can become a member, by contacting Frankfort Country Club at 502-695-1400 and speak to the General Manager. Becoming a member of Frankfort Country Club will allow you to enjoy amenities such as golf, swimming, pickleball and tennis. Please visit their at www.frankfortcountryclub.com for more information. 

  • How do I submit an architectural review request request or inquire if I would need one?

    To submit an architectural review request or inquire about the necessity of one, access your portal account on this website by signing in. Once signed in, navigate to the "architecture review" tab in the portal. You will find the architectural manual, restrictions, and the application there.
